This is an extraordinary moment.
The way humanitarian projects are managed is transforming.
Despite countless modern tools, our workflows have long been shaped by fragmented processes and traditional systems.
A year ago, the Muslim Hands Global IT team quietly began envisioning a new way to manage tasks, a system built to connect teams across continents, streamline project execution, and ensure accountability at every step.
What began as simple prototypes and small-scale trials soon grew into something far more ambitious.
The vision was clear, a platform that empowers our teams in the field, improves transparency for management, and ensures that no task is ever lost in the shuffle. It was inspired by the challenges we faced every day and driven by the hope of making humanitarian work faster, smarter, and more impactful.
One year ago, we brought together the best minds in software development, data analytics, and humanitarian project management. Developers, project leads, and field officers collaborated closely to ensure the system wasn’t just functional, but intuitive for every team member from headquarters to remote field locations.
The result is the Muslim Hands Task Management System (MHTMS), a platform designed to plan, assign, track, and report on every task with precision. It is more than just software; it’s a commitment to efficiency, transparency, and impact.
As we roll out MHTMS across our global operations, our IT and project teams will work even more closely with regional offices to ensure seamless adoption and ongoing improvement.
We could not be more excited for what this means for our mission.

“A powerful tool is one that bridges the gap between technology and the realities on the ground. MH-TMS is built with a deep understanding of both.”
